Before filling up the application form, the candidate should have a scanned image of his/her photograph and signature. These scanned images are to be uploaded during the submission of the application form. The photograph should be color with clear contrast with name of the candidate and signature. Polaroid photos are not acceptable. Candidates with unclear photograph are liable to be rejected.
The online submission of particulars, uploading of scanned photograph, signature may be made at www.eamcet.kabconsultants.com. The candidates should supply all the required details while filling up the online form. On submission of details, a Confirmation Page with Application number shall be generated.
Candidates are required to take printout of Confirmation Page and keep it for reference.

The candidates should select only one exam center from the list provided.
Candidates are allowed to submit only one application form. More than one application i.e. multiple applications from a candidate will be rejected.
The name of the candidate and his/her parents name in the application form must exactly be the same as registered in Class 10th or equivalent qualifying Examination Marks Memo.
Requests for Change of Examination City/Town: Normally, the requests for change of center will not be entertained. In this regard, the decision of the Convener, Model EAMCET 2016 will be final.
Application fee once paid will not be refunded (full or partial) or transferred under any circumstances.
No options can be changed, at a later stage, after submission of an application. However, a chance may be given to the candidates to correct/modify some of the particular(s) of the application form online only, with valid reason(s), on 10th April 2016.
No change in the data provided in the application will be accepted through offline communication.
Model EAMCET 2016 application has been made completely online i.e. the candidate has to fill the particulars online and also upload their photograph, and signature.
However, the candidates are advised to retain a print copy of the application i.e. confirmation page for future reference or correspondence.
Candidate(s) may check the status of their application on www.eamcet.kabconsultants.com website.
No score card will be dispatched to the candidates and the candidates are advised to download their Score/Analytical report from the Model EAMCET 2016 website www.eamcet.kabconsultants.com.
All important communications will be given to the candidates’ registered mobile number through SMS or e-mail.
The decision of the Convener, Model EAMCET 2016 regarding the eligibility of any applicant shall be final.
Cancellation / postponement of the Model EAMCET 2016 examination:
KAB Consultants reserves the right either to defer the date of the Examination or cancelling the examination in some or all the centers. In such cases, candidates will be returned the examination fee paid by them. No further claims will be entertained in this matter. Any claims there of shall come under the jurisdiction of Hyderabad as Examination is conducted by KAB Educational Services Pvt. Limited based at Hyderabad.
